Because your satisfaction is so important, I spend more time than most inspecting the house and writing the report. You do not need to wait around during my thorough inspection. I usually start my inspections in the morning and then meet with my clients for a walk-through and discussion of issues in the late afternoon. The formal report is issued the following day.
My service does not end when I issue the report. I offer and encourage an ongoing dialogue with you to help you understand the issues in the report and to assist you through dialogue as you negotiate with the seller and with the various contractors to resolve the issues in the report.
